When we decided to open a second office for Humanology Recruitment and sister business, RedSeed Productivity Strategists, our eyes quickly landed on the smart new offerings of the Business Hub in Loxton.
As residents of the Tonsley Innovation Business Hub south of Adelaide, we thrive in a co-working environment and the facilities created by the Loxton Chamber of Commerce are ideal for our technology-enhanced business model. Our new office also puts us in easy reach of our Riverland clients.
“We have built trusted relationships with a growing number of Riverland agriculture and viticulture businesses in recent years, and we know the needs of regional businesses are unique,” said Mel Blondell, Director of Humanology and RedSeed.
“While our Humanology recruitment services can be effectively delivered remotely, some of our clients find it easier to have their adviser close at hand when working through sensitive or complex HR issues.
“We will be working from our Loxton Office every few weeks to empower local business owners with recruitment, performance management, and coaching services to help them build healthy and productive teams,” Mel said.
